Western Sierra Nevada's

After our vacation in Mammoth, we drove over Tioga Pass to see Grandma and Grandpa on the Western side of the Sierra Nevada's before heading home to So Cal.
Hayden's favorite part was playing outside with Grandpa.
Here's grandpa washing off Hayden's hands after he got into Roscoe's water bucket (did I mention Hayden loves water). Hayden can't get enough water. "Hey Grandpa, can you turn this back on please?"That night Aunt Marj and Lisa (my cousin Rob's wife) came over to visit with us. Marj brought a Disney coloring book that Sylas and I had used when we were young (yes, she still had it!).

Hayden got Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunt Marj to color with him. "Grandma I think you missed a spot."

Grandpa waited for Hayden to arrive before he watered the plants so Hayden could help. Here they are after they watered. Hayden still has his watering can (i.e. milk carton) and is pleading with Grandpa for more.
Grandpa is the master water conserver with their well issues but he can't resist the pleas of his grandson. So he continually filled the jug so Hayden could pour the water out (again and again). By the time they were done "playing" Hayden was soaked from head to toe.

I think Grandpa had as much fun as Hayden!
