This week's swim lesson went much better.
We attended the YMCA's "Mommy and Me" class on Saturday morning.
Well, it was half mommies and half daddies. Here we are going in a circle singing "Motor Boat, Motor Boat" while practicing our arms.
My arms naturally go in the "Wheels on the Bus" motion.
I practiced my kicking.
And this is the game where they lift us up in the air (see the big smiles) and then they dunk us! Dad was nice and only dunked me up to my ear lobes.

I practiced my kicking with the noodle. I love the word "noodle". I announce over and over "I got a nooooodle". It made the swim teachers laugh. Mom said I was the loudest kid there. I couldn't contain my squeals of delight.
And my favority activity was the Humpty Dumpty game. "Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall."

"Humpty Dumpty had a great fall". This was my cue to jump to Dad. "Humpty Dumpty swam back to the wall." And I'd practice my swimming back to the wall. I repeated this over and over and protested when they made me leave. I was the very last kid out of the pool.

What a nice change from last week! Hayden just needs to do things on his own schedule. He's going to have lots of fun with 'water' activities from now on. Sure you don't have room for an in-ground pool in your backyard?
I like seeing his big smile and not to mention Jason's white torso. : )
i love it!!! he looks like he is have so much fun :)
