Hayden's had a lot of changes in the past month- new classroom at school and Hailey. So, Jason promised Hayden he'd take him to a "special place". Hayden's teacher told Jason that Hayden keeps talking about going to a special place with daddy. So, this Thursday Jason took work off and we all ventured to Disneyland (thanks to a good friend of mine who can get us in for free).
Hayden was so happy- I think Disneyland lives up to the "Happiest Place on Earth" motto- at least for a three year old. This time when we asked Hayden what his favorite part was, he said the lollipop...
and Goofy.
We also found Mickey but not Pluto. Hayden asked repeatedly for Pluto but we weren't able to find him. Hayden also told dad that "Mickey kissed me." Jason said, "Wow, Mickey doesn't kiss everyone." Hayden replied,"Yes, he does."
We even let Hayden skip his nap so we could stay until 4 pm.
We got home just in time to watch the Laker game. We put Hailey in her special Laker PJ's for good luck.
