Hailey had her 6 month appointment last week. Here's the stats [Hayden's in brackets]. They are nearly identical, but the percentiles are quite different between the sexes:
Weight: 16 lbs. 8 oz / percentile: 70% [16 lbs. 7 oz / 40%]
Height: 26" / percentile: 50% [25.5" / 25%]
Head Circum.: 17" / percentile: 75% [17.5% / 70%]
- She's still a super easy baby- very easy going and always happy (except when you take toys away from her).
- She's crawling, if you call it that. Let's just say she can get around.
- She's sitting up. Balance while sitting isn't perfect. With her long torso and big head she a little prone to toppling over. But she's getting the hang of it.
- She loves her brother- no one can make her laugh quite like Hayden can.
- Still bald with no teeth
- She's not to sure about solid food- doesn't like rice cereal or peas. Tolerated banana/pumpkin combo and pears. Must have a sweet tooth like her brother.
