Hailey's 2nd B-Day Party

Miss Hailey had her birthday party on Sunday.
We just had our neighborhood and some family over for a little food and cake.
Here's Hailey after she woke up from her nap, right before the party started.
Here I am trying to get her to look at the camera to show off her new headband grandma got her.
All she wanted to do was sit by the b-day presents!  My mom drove down for the weekend- it was so fun to have her here with us!
Grandpa Randy and his sister Angela came as well.  The kids are so fortunate to have a loving family in their lives!
 People starting to arrive.
Brooke and Paige brought Hailey a big bouncy ball!
 She loved it!
Enjoying good food and friends on our patio.  And there's Jason's home office that houses his big drafting table.
And I had to post this pictures because Hayden's face makes me laugh. Such a ham!
 Shredded porks sandwiches and cake!
So I started to cut the cake before doing birthday candles and a song!  Jason came in and said, "you aren't going to sing her Happy Birthday?"  Good thing Hailey has her daddy.  I would have completely forgot.  Silly mom.
We had two cakes so we added candles to the one I hadn't cut and sang to her.  Brooke is so sweet to her...  I love this picture of them.
And daddy had to help her blow them out.
Amazing how fast the kids come to the kitchen when you're serving cake!
Mother and daughter.  We just needed Hailey in this picture!
She was busy eating cake with Brooke and Paige.
And if you're going to eat cake and ice cream, you might as well have a fork in one hand and a spoon in the other.  Very efficient!
Jason's good friend (also a Designer/Planner) came to the party with his little 10 month old girl, Olivia.  Hailey LOVES babies.  Her she is touching Olivia's feet!
And it's not a party until you have a Hello Kitty Ballon!
 Getting ready for presents!
Her she is opening her first one.  She was very slow and careful with each present.
 Baby Olivia.  Such a cutie!
 Both Grandma's watching Hailey.
She was so slow I had to help her.
And here are all the neighborhood girls showing Hailey how to use her new purse and all the accessories (phone, debit card, wallet, etc.).
And her she is carrying around her little purse- thank you Jefferson Family! It was a big hit.
Jason and Simon.  I'm not certain, but they are probably talking about planning and the problems with the built environment.  blah, blah, blah. :)
 Simon's wife and baby.
And the after party.  Hayden and the girls found his costume drawer!
Hayden LOVES it when friends dress up with him.
 Even Hailey joined in.
What do you think?  The next Avengers?
I think they came out three different times- each in different costumes.  Why wait for Halloween?
