Easter 2014

We dyed eggs about 2 weeks early this year.
The kids were anxious and Jason was leaving for Dubai (again) so we did a batch early.
Vivi joined in on the fun.
The kids enjoyed eating them all week.  I forget that they like hard boiled eggs and never make any beyond Easter.
They ran into this guy at the mall.
And the carousel had turned into bunnies!
Neighborhood kiddos the night before easter.  I made pasta with carrots and peas.  I told them it was bunny pasta.  It really didn't help any.  But the older kids ate it!
Jason got back from Dubai Saturday afternoon.  Just time time to stuff lots of eggs and help with the baskets!
Then we had our annual block easter egg hunt and breakfast.
 It's always so much fun!
And we had perfect weather this year.
Hayden was a little obsessed with finding the "golden" egg.
And here's his reaction with Hailey found the first one.
 Cute little bunny!
Here they are opening their eggs and placing their candy/coins in a bag.  Then we recycle the eggs for next year in the laundry basket.  Suzanne is nice to store it for all of us until next year.
Here are the the two youngest members of our block- twin baby boys.  Only a few weeks old.  The other set of twins didn't make it.  They had a rough nights sleep.  They are about 3 months old.  We now have two sets of twin boys on Woodland!  So fun.
The Smith's arriving with their smoked sausage and ham!  Yum.
Good company, good food, good times.
The boys.
