We had a huge bonfire one night.
My dad has been falling trees like a mad man. There are millions of dead trees in the Sierras as a result of the severe drought. So they've been falling all the dead pines around the house.
One day we helps (very little) rake pine needles and burn the trees.
The highlight for Hayden was helping Snow Papa operate the chain saw to cut log rounds for the fire.
Hailey was being a diva and barely helped, liking up to the city girl image (tis, tis).
One night after my mom got home from work she made the kids a little tea party with her antique china.
Yum.
Eating cake (made my Marj) and ice cream on a fancy plate.
Grandma's house is so fun! And I didn't get pictures but we also had a nice dinner with Bob and Marj. And my mom made me an orthodontics detainer (I lost my prior one) and the kids got to play with the molding compound. So fun!
