Another Central Coast Trip

I interview prospective interns at Cal Poly last week. I took Hayden with me and Grandpa came to baby sit. On Thursday, my mom and Jason meet us and we spent the weekend in Morro Bay. We walked to the beach one evening while in Morro Bay and enjoyed the beautiful sun set.View of Morro Rock from the beach.Grandpa even pushed Hayden's stroller into the sand. Hayden fell asleep during the walk down. Hayden didn't nap very well on the trip- there was just too much excitement for the little guy. But he took a 4 hour nap this Monday to make up for it!
The next day was a little cold but Hayden still enjoyed the beach. He spent time throwing sand into the boat... and snuggling with Grandpa to stay warm.

Hayden and Grandpa had a good time playing on the Cayucos pier swings. Grandpa would run in from of the swing and move just in time to avoid getting hit. Hayden thought it was hilarious.

Walking to the end of the Cayucos pier. I didn't make it- turned around because it was too darn cold!
One of the rainy days we went back to the Morro Bay Aquarium (Hayden's first visit was in Oct).

Hayden was much more interested in the seals and sea lions this time. I think he wanted to jump in with them.
After a long day of playing, Hayden was gracious enough to share his milk with Grandpa. Now that's a sign of a true friend!
We headed up to Cambria one day. Hayden's eating his grapes in the back seat with Grandma. Do you like his hat head?

This is the rainbow we saw near Heast's Castle after the rain.
