And the festivities lasted into the night. Here's Suzanne with her Face Painting Kit. Hayden got a doggie on his leg.
And the trampoline was a big hit. The rules were one kid at a time (see the other 4 waiting) but Hayden was allowed to jump with Maggie.
And lastly the street fireworks. Hayden was very brave- he wanted to light them off with the teenage boys. He would not sit on my lap like the other girls on their fathers' lap. He kept getting closer and closer to the firework box, hoping we wouldn't notice.
And Alyson had her baby! It's a boy- Jacob Cameron, born July 9th. You can see the very happy Grandparents. They now have three grandsons!!!
He was 7 lbs. 12 oz. and almost 20 inches long. Both mom and Jacob are doing well. She had a very quick delivery (only pushed for 20 minutes). And so far he's been a good sleeper with a quite cry... can't ask for more than that.
