The kiddos and I had to fend for ourselves last week- Jason was on a business trip to Abu Dhabi. And to kick off the weekend we all three came down with a nasty cold.
On Sunday Hayden was running a slight fever so I decided to take him to Urgent Care (to avoid having to do it during the work week). And since bribery is a part of my personal parenting tool kit, I told him if he was good during the Dr.'s visit I'd get him the jet pack he's been asking for.
It's amazing how well he responds to a little incentive.
And now we have dress up on steroids. This is a combo Woody/Buzz ensemble he put together.
Here he is role playing with Hailey. She loves it and has no idea he's saying some pretty mean things to her.
Watch out Hayden, Hailey would love to push some of those buttons for you.
Turned out he had an ear infection but you could never tell by his energy level.

Don't we all wish we had been lucky enough to have a "live-in" entertainer just as Hailey has with Hayden!
